Anderson Welding and Sons, LLC Opens New Decorative Metals Division, Anderson Ironworks, Inc.
Oreland, PA, December 6, 2007 - Founded in 1967, by R. Richard Anderson, Anderson Welding has been a long standing leader in the steel and ironworks industry. From its inception, Anderson Welding has always built ornamental metalwork, but also specialized in structural steel, industrial repair, and miscellaneous metals.  
After a continuing increase in demand for our decorative metals,  we felt that Anderson Welding was no longer a perfect fit for the custom made ornamental metal work we were and are producing.

In 2006 R. Richard Anderson sold the company to sons Clint and Robert Anderson. Together, they renamed the company Anderson Welding & Sons LLC, and created a new division, Anderson Ironworks which is solely committed to creating decorative forged and fabricated metalwork. Richard has stayed on as the head of commercial and industrial Sales for Anderson Welding & Sons. While son, Clint,  is the head of production for Anderson Welding & Sons and son, Robert,  is now the head of sales and design for the new Anderson Ironworks.
As of January 2007, we announced the new division solely dedicated to custom designed metalwork. The company also offers aluminum, bronze and stainless steel railings and gates.
